Fisher Outfitters on Lake Diefenbaker offers traditional Ice Shacks and Ice Castle rentals. Renting an Ice Castle is the luxury fishing experience - a warm and comfortable way to fish in the winter even when the temperatures plummet to -40*. Our Ice Castle comes with 4 beds, a flush-less toilet, and a 3 burner cook-top with an oven, allowing you to prepare hot meals even in the coldest conditions.
Fisher Outfitters offers 2 fishing experiences to choose from:
Ice Shack
This ice shack will be located at Sask Landing. Our 10’ x 8’ shack features:
Professional spray foam insultation
Shelving
Open hole for sight fishing
Available generator hook up
Wood burning stove that keeps the shack incredibly warm
Rod holder
All renters must complete a short orientation session on how to operate the Ice Shack. Note a $200 damage deposit will be held during Ice Shack rental.

Our Ice Castles run on 12 volts with a solar panel.
Generator & diesel included, but not necessary as the solar panel will be the primary source of energy. The generator is a backup.

FRIDAY-SUNDAY
24 HOURS - $750

72 HOURS - $1700
A 50% deposit due at time of booking along with a $600 fully refundable damage deposit.
Cancellation 7 days in advance and your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance and we will try to re book your trip. if we cannot reschedule your deposit is not refundable.
All renters must complete a short orientation session on how to operate the Ice Castle.
